Dave Matthews and Tim Reynolds are releasing their third album this week, called Live in Las Vegas, recorded live in 2009. Their previous two official releases – Live at Luther College (1999) and Live at Radio City (2007) – were two of my favorite live cds ever. These two have incredible chemistry with two acoustic guitars, making songs originally crafted with a full band backing them sound just as full and deep, and often even more beautiful, with just the two of them. This is a live version of the first single off Dave Matthews Band’s most recent album, and its dope. If you like this track definitely go buy the full album, which has 26 tracks and plays for almost two and a half hours. Worth a purchase, this is great music for almost any occasion.
